Description:
This reclining armchair, called a Morris chair, is made of oak and has a tall backrest upholstered in green mohair with trim along the edges. Brackets on the back of the armrests feature notches where a rod behind the backrest could be adjusted. The armrests also feature hand rests carved into faces and there are half-panels between the armrests and the seat that are upholstered in matching green mohair. The padded seat is also upholstered and the front legs have paw feet on casters.
