Description:

This ball-headed war club is made of wood with engraved floral motifs along the side of the handle. It is from a group of objects that were originally obtained by Dr. and Mrs. H. Veazie Markham, who were medical missionaries in West Central Portuguese Africa (modern Angola) from 1927 to 1939.
