This dress is made of silk that is embroidered with floral designs. There is also a matching belt of the same embroidered silk. The bodice of this dress has a v-neckline that is trimmed in lace as well as short sleeves that have lace trimmed cuffs. The skirt is slightly gathered at the back of the waist. Features that indicate this dress is from the early 1900s are the short sleeves, the narrow waist, and the floral embroidery.
This dress was worn by Mrs. Emily Clark who was the donor's mother.
