Description:
This blouse is from a summer uniform from the United States Army of the United States Armed Forces. It was worn by Corporal Carl H. Poelstra of Allendale, Michigan during the Korean War (1950-1953). This blouse is made of khaki cotton and features Corporal insignias on both sleeves. It also has an insignia for the 8th Army on the proper left shoulder.

Carl H. Poelstra of Allendale, Michigan was born in 1926 and served in the United States Army from 1948 to 1954. During the Korean War, he was in the 28th Division, 8th Army. Poelstra passed away in 1984.  United States Army (is related to)
