This is a Ford Truck and calliope wagon. It has a large serpent along the sides and a pipes built in for playing music. There is a seat in the back and a sign on the side that reads: "From the Collection of the Public Museum of Grand Rapids." The calliope attaches to the truck. The truck itself was purchased by the City of Grand Rapids for use in city departments in 1937. It was officially acquired in 1974 by the Museum as an artifact and throughout the years has been used in various parades in the Grand Rapids area.
