Description:
This hat of net and tulle sits atop a metal frame and features artificial flowers and berries. There is a large velvet ribbon that sits underneath the back of the brim and the interior is lined with satin. This hat was created by The Hart & Company which was a millinery in the 1900s located in Cleveland, New York, Detroit, and Indianapolis.
