Includes instructions, and 2 piece box. a: lighter; b: 2 box parts top and bottom, c: instruction sheetShip commissioned 1970.;Commemorates patrol craft named for Grand Rapids, commissioned in the Vietnam War era.;Acquired by naval veteran and civic activist donor at time of commissioning. Donor was involved with the donation of silver for the officer's mess by the City of Grand Rapids, and acquired the lighter accordingly.;U.S.S.
