Louis C. Covell (donor)Louis C. Covell was born in 1875. He served in the United States Army during the Spanish-American War as a Captain and was promoted to major and later, lieutenant colonel. In 1917, Covell became a brigadier general in the National Guard. He passed away in 1952.
