Description:

This green oxygen tank was created by Mada Medical Products, Inc. and was used around 2012 to 2015 by Ken-O-Sha Park Elementary at 1353 Van Auken St. SE in Grand Rapids, Michigan. It was used by students in their preschool program who had chronic health conditions that required supplemental oxygen at times.
