The Wenham building was built around late 19th century as part of a set of 3 buildings on the east side of Division Ave N featuring the Majestic Theater, Botsford, and Wenham buildings. The Wenham curves around onto Monroe Center St. as well. It is comprised of a number of small shops on street level, most notably being The Coffee Ranch.
In 1979 The four buildings were renovated and combined into the new Civic Theater, and was renovated again from 2004-2006, where it was renamed again to the "Meijer Majestic Theatre". You can find out more about the Meijer Majestic theater on that building's page.
