This toy, known as Leech, an evil master power of suction, c. 1984, is made by Mattel. Leech is a fiction character from the popular toy line Masters of the Universe by Mattel. Leech appears in animated form in She-Ra: Princess of Power in which he and the Evil Horde are the main villains. He has a large build with green skin and suction cups on his hands, feet, and mouth.
