Description:
Three workers sort various sizes of lumber on carts. The carts were then given to workers operating machinery to cut into furniture pieces. A calendar hangs on the wall at April 1929 and advertises the Grand Rapids Blowpipe and Dust Arrester Company, a manufacturer of exhaust systems. The exhaust systems were installed directly to machinery and used to vacuum saw dust from machines.
