Twisted wire gadget that has four curved grips or prongs at one end, a rounded finger loop or handle on the other and a sliding wire component that can slide down to the four prongs and force them to close to get into tighter spaces and/or to grip a cloth used for scrubbing, etc.;Old-fashioned cleaning instrument used to clean soot and dirt from inside the chimney of an oil-fueled lamp.
