Korean bride and goom dolls in plastic case. Decorative dolls depict couple in traditional ceremonial dress. The groom is in dark and light blue overcoat and pink pants with a black and gold headress. The bride is in dark pink and yellow dress with a red sash around her neck and is holding a rose. Her head is bare.;This item is sold in Korean American stores. It helps Korean Americans to perpetuate the culture of their homeland, and helps the museum to interpret Korean culture as it exists in Grand Rapids. These decorative dolls depict the traditional Korean dress of a bride and groom that is rapidly being replaced by modern traditions. To be considered for use in the Newcomers exhibit.
