Description:
Wall clock designed to look like an antique pocket watch. Antique gold finish on frame, Black roman numerals on graduated tone and faux wainscot dial, and exposed hands. Quartz battery operated movement. This clock is designated as Gallery Wall Clock 620-218 in the Howard Miller catalog.;This clock is the product of an important West Michigan company, although it was manufactured overseas. It will be used in the permanent exhibition Collecting A-Z: W is for Watches and Clocks.;On front of clock, "ENGLISH WATCH MAKER" and "HOWARD MILLER" with company's trademark hourglass design. On reverse, "MADE IN CHINA".;This oversized wall clock is a playful adaptation of a man's pocket watch. It features an antique gold finish, exposed dial and hands. The dial is faux wainscot with a graduated antique finish. It runs by quartz, battery operated movement. It was manufactured in China for the Howard Miller company based in Zeeland Michigan. Its Howard Miller Catalog designation is "Gallery Wall Clock, Watchmaker, 620-218".
