The license is comprised of two parts: this part is the paper license. Paper license is pre-printed in black ink with the purchaser's information written on in blue and green ink on the front side. On the back side is license information printed on in red ink.Documents early attempts by the State to regulate fishing.
Acquired by donor from father or grandfather. Became part of the estate of George W. Bowen.
Purchased by donor's grandfather for use the 1931 trout season.
