Description:

This photograph shows two Native American women sitting on the ground outside, looking down as they make baskets, with basket-making supplies on the ground in front of them. The women are wearing long dresses with long sleeves. One of them has her hair pulled back, and the other woman has her hair pulled into a bun on top of her head. It may have been taken in Omena, Michigan.
