Description:

This is a brown glass bottle with a paper label bearing the image of a Native American in a full feathered Plains-style headdress. It was produced by the O-Jib-Wa Medicine Co. of Flint, Michigan. The bottle reads, “AN ALL HERB MEDICINE, Contents: 1 Fluid Pint. Alternative, Stomatic Tonic, Diuretic, Antipasmodic, Cholagogue and Nervine Action. Conatins: Burdock, Yellow Dock, Wild Cherry Bark, Quassia, Dandilion Root, Black Cohoch, Cape Aloes, Sarsaparilla, Tag Alder, Licorice Root, Mandrake, and Life Root...Prepared with Sodium Benzoate as preservative”.
